Once I found its way to Mexico City decade ago on an asignment that is temporary of months, numerous prejudices about Mexico quickly melted away like mid summer time snowfall, while exploring the beauties associated with beast.
So when we came across Lidia within my 2nd thirty days, i must say i felt inmediately in love along with her and also this amazing country; it is culture, it is history, it is individuals, it is meals, it is variety.

Mexican families are usually big, therefore with 1500 direct or indirect household members, there’s always VARIOUS occasion happening. Often a huge celebration, like a marriage or even a Fiesta de Quinceanera, but mostly simply easy events at somebodies house (or -my favorite- shutting part of the road in the front of a property and setting up a celebration tent, with disco lights and giant speakers…). Nevertheless they quickly convert into the best events you have got ever gone to, with great (live) music, amazing food ‘n drinks and -most likely- dancing through the night very very very long.
