In September of 2014, Christian Rudder, cofounder regarding the online dating sites site OkCupid, released research on competition and attraction from 2009 to 2014 which was put together through interactions on OkCupid. As the research unearthed that interracial relationships are increasing 12 months by 12 months, OkCupid’s research raises an interesting concern: Are racial biases in dating and attraction really decreasing, or have they gotten even worse?
